Necessary support information will be automatically attached to the Support Email so we can help you quick and efficient. All collected information is plain text, so you can revise what’s being sent.
This is how you send a Support Email:
- Option 1: Click “Email Support” to open the automatic email in your standard mail app.
- Option 2: Click the blue “Copy” icon to copy the email text to the clipboard, paste to your mail app or browser.
